The things I do to make myself feel better when I'm in a bad mood. Is I lock myself in my room turn my radio on I turn it up really loud. One of the other things I do is draw or right down song lyrics even though I'm not good at it. Or even if I'm having a really crappy day I sit on my couch watch tv, and play the xbox 360. Usually when I'm around my friends all the time, I'm never really having a bad day or being in a bad mood.
