Change In My Life

I would change my height because I can't stand being short. Everyone picks on me because of my size. They call me names like shorty, short stuff, midget, oompa-loompa, pocket size, fun size. Sometimes I know my friends are playing with me but I still hate being short. That's why I would give anything to be a little bit taller. Maybe for instance I would love to be at least 5' 6".

Something I thought was really cool.

It was Christmas. My mom bought my brother and I Legos. We loved those things so much that we played with them everyday. Then after a while we started getting tired of them, and losing them all the time. So my mom said she would never buy us Legos again.

Book Recommendation

The book that I was reading was called The Dead And The Gone. Its about something that goes wrong with the moon and the air starts making people sick, and they end up dying. It is a good book but I would recommend older kids reading it because there is a lot of cuss words, and lots of things to deal with death.

"Back Of The Book Review"

Katherine Tyler has just moved from Barbados to Connecticut. She now lives with her aunt and uncle, also her two cousins. Kit finds that Connecticut happens to be a dark, gray, gloomy, plain place. The people love to do lots of work there. Then Kit befriends an old woman, who is not liked in the town and is a Quaker. She has a different point of view on things like her religion. Then as their friendship grows Kit starts visiting the old woman more often then she should. Later in the story Kit's uncle forbids her to see the old woman, but she disobeys him. So after her disobedience strange and suspicious things start happening. So how will Kit get herself out of trouble?
