My Thanksgiving. The rest of my break.

My Thanksgiving break was very good. I had ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, yams, beats, and green beans. Every year at Thanksgiving my family sits at our table. We all say what we are thankful for. My mom starts first she is thankful for being alive and being the best mom. I go next I am thankful for my parents and my brother because with out them I would have nothing. My brother goes next he is thankful for skateboarding and my parents also, and my dad goes last. He is thankful for me and my brother being alive and healthy. The rest of my break was great. I went downtown hung out with my friends at this place called Stitch's. That place is so much fun for teens to hang out at. It has a pool table, foose ball, two skateboard ramps, a dart board, and a whole bunch of other cool things.

The book I'm reading!!!!!

The book I am reading is called The Dead And The Gone. The author's name is Susan Beth Pfeffer. The book is about the moon getting hit by a meteor or asteroid, and all this disaster starts happening to the city of New York where Alex Morales and his two sisters Briana and Julie live. The disaster that happens is the subways start flooding and the electricity goes out, and people start dieing, and Alex's parents are missing and have been missing for six or seven months now. Over all the book is really good and sad. I really like it.

Basic human rights!!!!

I think teenagers should be able to hang out after curfew. The reason I feel this way is because most young teenagers like to hang out with their friends, or just walk the streets. Most of the time teenagers are behaving and not getting into trouble. So the young teenagers should be allowed to hang out after curfew as long as they're behaving and respecting the privileges that they are given.

My favorite place to hangout!!!!!

My favorite place to hangout is downtown at Wilson Park. Because all my friends are there. When I'm down there I have the most fun. When I'm downtown it feels like it's a place to get away from my house, because of all the screaming and yelling from my parents. I love going there and seeing my friends, because when I get down there my friends are always happy to see me, and treat me with respect.

When I helped someone!!!!!

The person I help out around my house is my mother. I help her out by doing the dishes, cleaning the litter box, sweeping the living room, taking out the garbage, and cleaning my bedroom. I only hate doing three chores; they are cleaning the litter box, sweeping the living room, and taking out the garbage. The other chores I feel good about is doing the dishes so we can have clean dishes for dinner, and cleaning my bedroom so when my friends come over they don't see how dirty my room is.

My Choice!!!!

My birthday is coming up in two month's. I will be 18 years old. I'm going to go to the Oregon Coast with my boy friend. He is going to take me to the antique stores. We are planning on staying there for three days, and spend some quality time with each other. Then we will come back to Salem so I can celebrate my birthday with my friends and family members. I'm planning on having a birthday party if my mom will let me. My party is going to be awesome; I would like to have my party at one of these places Pietro's, Chucky Cheeses, Wonderland, or just have a sleep over at my house.

Halloween Poem!!!!

The author's main point of the story is about carving pumpkins, going trick or treating, and getting candy. Halloween is about dressing up, going out with your friends, getting free candy, and then getting stomach aches. Halloween is also a time to carve pumpkins with your family. You can put different decorations on your pumpkins, like scary ones or funny ones.
